Now hiring:  Line Cooks and Wait Staff

LINE COOKS :  You are the backbone of the restaurant. Must have a great work ethic, work well with others, keep a clean kitchen, and be able to work under pressure. Duties include food prep (chopping vegetables, handling raw meat, working with gluten free and dairy free food, or preparing sauces), cleaning and cooking in many ways. Serv Safe is preferred but not needed. You will be expected to do the work asked of you in the way that you are trained to do the task.  4-5 people

WAIT STAFF:  You are the face of our restaurant. You must be friendly, have great customer service, be a great coworker, must be able to multitask, and take orders using a POS system. Other duties include handling cash and credit cards and keeping the restaurant clean. Waitstaff may also be asked to work banquets, weddings and other events. 5-7 people
