Half-day rentals are considered 4 hours long. Full-day rentals are 9:00 am-5:00 pm. Overnight rentals are considered multi-day rentals and will be charged as such. Customers are responsible for theft or any and all damages to rental equipment. Cancellations can be made up to 7 days prior to the reservation. Cancellations made between 7 days and 48 hours will not be refunded their 25% deposit. No refund will be allowed if canceled less than 48 hours before the reservation.
Insurance must be purchased through Jack Pines Resort after reserving your unit(s). We require per-unit auto coverage (cost varies by unit and rental duration; see pricing below) and per-person blanket accident coverage ($3.75 per person). This insurance covers damages exceeding $1,000, while you are responsible for any damages up to $1,000.
Rental machines will have a full tank of fuel. The customer is responsible for returning each rental machine with a full tank of premium gas or being sent an invoice once the unit is returned for the gas used.
Rentals are subject to availability, specific models are not guaranteed, and restrictions apply.
These policies and rental rates are subject to change at any time and all rates will have applicable MN sales tax.
Renters are required to sign a waiver and must:
be 18 years of age or older and have a valid driver’s license.
agree to operate the rental equipment in a safe manner, complying with all MN laws concerning traffic and public safety regulations.
not operate the rental equipment under the influence of alcohol or any other controlled substance.
return the rental equipment in the same, good condition as before.
Rentals include helmets up the vehicle’s capacity.
